FedComp's VirtualCU Wizard customers top 200
Fairfax, Virginia | 16 October 2006

Since the introduction of FedComp's VirtualCU Wizard product in March 2004, over 200 credit union customers have taken advantage of this product to create their own websites. Each new customer brings recurring revenue to FedComp with an extremely low cost of acquisition.

From 2002-2005, Suddenly Software worked with FedComp to streamline and automate their e-business offerings that included rebuilding the VirtualCU product and culminated in the launch of the VirtualCU Wizard. The Wizard allows customers to create their own website, in a simple, step-by-step fashion, and requires no input from FedComp support services.

According to Jim Jessee, Director or Installations e-Business and Training, "The Wizard has turned VirtualCU around. I can't tell you how easy it is work with this product now. It was all manual before, and now it is 100% automated. It costs us cents, not dollars to acquire new customers now."

Chris Turner, President of Suddenly Software, comments, "We're very pleased with the success of this product, and the line of business that we helped turn around for FedComp. This is a classic example of how our understanding of the client's needs and our approach to software development paid off for everyone. A true success story from every angle."
